Why is there a 2-hour time limit?

The 2-hour limit ensures jobs don't get stuck indefinitely. Most transcriptions complete in 15-30 minutes, so 2 hours provides plenty of buffer while preventing endless processing. If a job needs more time, it's likely stuck and needs intervention.

Can I get a refund after 7 days?

Automatic refunds are available for 7 days. After that, please contact our support team who can review your case and potentially issue a manual refund if appropriate.

What if I need to process a very long file?

For files longer than 1.5 hours, we recommend splitting them into smaller segments. This ensures reliable processing and faster results. Contact support if you need help with extra-long files.
